Our Sales Development Representatives will be challenged to hunt vendors and suppliers to drive long-lasting relationships that fuel our growth and bring Choco to the next level.
What you will do
Engage with 30+ suppliers a day via inbound and outbound channels.
Prospect meetings through online channels with mid-size and larger distributors, which often require multi-threading and engaging multiple contacts or C-suite levels.
Manage your territory of supplier leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team to develop potential partnerships.
Use Salesforce, cold calling, and marketing strategies (newsletter, email cadences) to generate new sales opportunities.
100% focused on lead generation via prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
Lead the SDR function ‘from the front’ by aspiring to be first on the leaderboard and setting the pace and tone for other SDRs.
Strong collaboration with AEs and Sales Managers to scale best practices and learnings, maximizing results.
The ideal candidate
1+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, Sales) with a proven record of success
Open and natural communicator who is comfortable articulating complex and diverse technical solutions to internal and external partners.
Sales mentality with experience leveraging partnerships to uncover referral opportunities.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on finding solutions and executing.
Technical: Proficient in advanced prospecting tools (LinkedIn Navigator), multi-threading, lead scoring, KPI tracking, AE preparation, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Functional: Persuasive communication, objection handling, mentorship of junior SDRs.
