As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Product Marketer to help us scale our marketing efforts, refine our go-to-market strategies, and communicate the unique value Podscribe offers to advertisers and agencies.
About the Role:
As a Product Marketer at Podscribe, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives by developing repeatable systems and templates for all marketing materials. From launching new product features to ensuring consistent messaging across various channels, you will support the marketing and sales teams with the materials they need to engage prospects, customers, and partners effectively.
You’ll work closely with our product, sales, design, and customer success teams to ensure that our product’s value is communicated clearly and effectively. This is an opportunity to not only promote the capabilities of Podscribe but also shape the systems that scale our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Systems & Process Development: Design and implement scalable systems for producing marketing materials across multiple channels (emails, blogs, social media graphics, SEO-optimized content, and video scripts) to streamline the workflow of Podscribe’s marketing team. Create and maintain templates that ensure consistency and efficiency in delivering quality content across campaigns.
Marketing & Sales Enablement: Develop visually appealing templates for sales and marketing decks, one-pagers, and case studies that align with our brand guidelines. Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools to convey Podscribe’s unique value propositions clearly and persuasively to prospects.
Feature Announcements: Lead the promotion of Podscribe's new and existing features, including writing clear, compelling messaging for LinkedIn, email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates. Ensure each feature is effectively positioned to resonate with different customer segments (e.g., ad-tech professionals, brands, and agencies).
Customer-Facing Content Creation: Develop engaging, customer-centric content such as explainer videos, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Podscribe’s products and methodologies (e.g., multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing). Craft help-center materials that educate customers on using our platform efficiently.
Webinar & Live Demos: Plan and host webinars and product demos to inform customers and prospects about Podscribe’s latest features, products, and methodologies. Use these events to demonstrate Podscribe’s thought leadership in ad-tech, podcast attribution, and multi-channel measurement.
Product Launches: Build and maintain a product release system that ensures smooth, aligned launches for new features and product updates. Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure consistent communication and timing.
Marketing Automation & SEO: Collaborate on marketing automation and SEO strategies to drive organic growth. Ensure that all content and communications are optimized for search and aligned with customer intent, maximizing the visibility of Podscribe’s platform and solutions.
Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the customer success team to turn customer feedback into compelling case studies and success stories. Ensure marketing materials address customer pain points and highlight Podscribe’s proven solutions in real-world scenarios.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning: Use Podscribe’s competitive intelligence tools to track market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and refine Podscribe’s market positioning. Work with sales to ensure competitive messaging is included in key materials.
Qualifications:
Ad-Tech & SaaS Experience (Preferred): Strong understanding of ad-tech, particularly in podcast or audio attribution, streaming, and digital advertising. Proven experience working with technical products or marketing platforms.
Systems and Process Orientation: Demonstrated experience in developing scalable systems and templates that streamline marketing operations and support rapid growth.
Content Creation & Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft compelling, technical content that speaks to a variety of audiences—whether it’s technical teams, marketing leads, or executives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop and align marketing strategies with business goals.
Technical Understanding: Ability to understand complex technical products, such as multi-touch attribution and incrementality, and translate their value into clear, actionable messaging for customers.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple marketing projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of all content and collateral.
