We're looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist with a strong passion for solving complex data challenges, an analytical mindset and a results-driven attitude.

In this position you’ll get to work on a variety of projects and clients, in collaboration with our Performance Marketing and Tech teams. You’ll participate in the definition of Data & Analytics strategies and concepts, as well as in the day-to-day work of designing and implementing solutions.

You'll be part of one of the few teams (at a national level) that is Google Marketing Platform certified and is exposed to weekly Google trainings. You will be an integral of Karma’s data-driven culture.

2/5 Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Supercharging a data-driven culture at Karma, with a programmatic approach;
• Automating processes through scripts or RPA solutions, involving API based solutions;
• Building Data Pipelines (preferentially Google Cloud Platform based);
• Analyzing large data volumes, using SQL to perform basic and advanced queries (Google BigQuery preferentially);
• Tackling complex problems and building automation-based solutions;
• Working alongside the Performance Marketing Team to optimize processes in Campaign Management, Marketing and Analytics (using Google Analytics, Advertising Platforms, etc);
• Exploring new opportunities, trends, methodologies and technologies in the Analytics & Performance ecosystem to enhance Karma’s business solutions.

4/5 Skills We're Looking For

MUST HAVE:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related areas

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience coding in Python with the ability to be hands-on
• Experience with data analysis in SQL and understanding of relational database systems
• Working knowledge of APIs
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.)
• Experience working with Google Ads or Facebook Ads (or other Ads Platform)
• Understanding of the web analytics ecosystem
• Experience working in an agency / consultancy
