Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community Lead with a deep understanding of DeFi, Bitcoin Layer 2 technologies, and the Web3 ecosystem. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential for this role.

🤝 Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, WeChat, and more.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns, quests, and giveaways for community engagement.
• Issue Management: Aggregate issues, troubleshoot, control moderation speed and quality, and establish local communities.
• User Feedback: Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyze results to implement necessary adaptations.
• Community Expansion: Oversee community expansion and engagement into additional geographic regions and languages.
• Team Leadership: Assist in the leadership and growth of the Moderation and Ambassador teams.

📄 Requirements

• Community Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in community management, with a focus on DeFi and Web3.
• Online Community Building: Proven track record in building and managing online communities.
• Bilingual Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills in both Chinese and English.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
• Creative Engagement: Creative mindset with the ability to engage and inspire community members.
