We interrogate client spend and procurement data and overlay external data and dynamic market feeds to provide rich insight to help clients optimize and manage spend.

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing software applications, developing test cases, executing test scripts, and identifying defects to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The Manual Tester will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to validate and verify that applications function as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

•Analyze and understand requirements, business processes, and user stories to develop detailed test cases.
•Create, execute, and maintain manual test scripts for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
•Identify, record, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA).
•Collaborate with the development team to understand issues and resolve defects.
•Validate bug fixes and ensure functionality meets requirements.
•Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for web applications.
•Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the system functions in accordance with user expectations.
•Report testing progress and any issues to stakeholders.
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar QA role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Ability to create detailed and well-structured test cases, plans, and scripts.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent understanding of defect life cycle and test execution processes.
• Familiarity with cross-browser testing and mobile application testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in API testing and using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
• Experience in Procurement Domain applications is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
