Junior Front-End Developer with UI/UX design experience

We are looking for a combined front-end developer and UI/UX designer to join the technical team of our client (international product company in music industry). The role will involve 30-40% UI/UX design and 60-70% front-end development.

Position Overview:

As a Front End Developer, you will play a key role in helping execute the product roadmap and reach strategic objectives. Reporting to the Developer Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that enhance the functionality, performance, and scalability of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Develop and implement software solutions across the full stack, leveraging technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, Vue.js or React and other relevant languages/frameworks.
• Design, build, and optimize UI/UX to support best practices of user experience including mockups, wireframing and customer flows.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables.
• Work closely with the Developer Lead and other team members to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and execute on the product roadmap.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the development workflow.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to inform technical decisions and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in full-stack/frontend web development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, Vue.js or React.
• Strong understanding and experience of standard practice UI/UX design and customer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• 𝐁𝟐+ 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with back-end such as PHP, Linux and MySQL is an advantage.
