Role Description :
Designing new features, products, and scalable UI components using Typescript/React.
Collaborating with design, business, and backend teams to develop a customer-facing fintech product.
Optimizing application performance to enhance user experience.
Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
Implementing best practices for SEO, load times, responsiveness, and analytics.
Creating and testing tools to streamline operations.
Working in a performance-driven team that values ownership and experimentation.
Role Requirements :
5+ years of experience developing front-end applications using TypeScript and React, with a preference for experience in the Fintech industry.
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, GraphQL, and Redux.
Ability to understand user/product needs and solve problems user may encounter with designed web applications.
Organized approach to balancing design, architecture, code quality, and creating testable code.
Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
