Position : Principal, Program Management
Coupang is looking for a talented Principal, Program Management for SalesForce enforcement.
TW Salesforce team is looking for a SalesForice enforcement, Sr. Program Manager to spearhead the transformation of our sales and sales incentive management programs for the Retail & future 3P team, including role definition, incentive design, tracking and management. You will collaborate closely with a broad set of key stakeholders from the Program Management, Brand Management, Catalog, Instock, Analytics, Marketing, Business Development, Finance and Product to develop and execute transformative programs in support of the sales strategy.
To be successful in this role, it is critical that you have the ability to influence and convince others in order to drive projects with multiple key stakeholders to completion within pre-defined deadlines. Excellent program management, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Work with a broad set of key stakeholders to design, launch, and maintain innovative sales programs.
· Work with a broad set of key stakeholders to develop and launch sales incentives, spiffs and management-based objectives.
· Build and a best practice sharing program to replicate best practices across teams.
· Partner with Global selling team to enable, tailor and land global enablement initiatives
· Act as a conduit and liaison between Sales Leads and other teams to optimize existing programs and build new initiatives to quickly address identified readiness gaps.
Essential QUALIFICATIONS
· 7+ years of program management experience in large organizations, with increasing influence and responsibility, process setup, operations and audit.
· Prior Program Management and retail business experience.
. Data driven perspective – able to lead projects with performance and reporting
· Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking broad visions and concepts and developing and launching successful structured enablement programs with predefined metrics to measure impact
· Excellent communications skills including, writing, presenting, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
· Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to drive through completion
. Native Chinese required & fluent level English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA
· Familiarity with eCommerce & Retail business
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
· Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
· Experience in the retail industry in an operational capacity
· A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
