Castle is a digital home finance advisor that saves homeowners time and money.
Homeowners use the Castle app to pay for and track all of their home expenses in one place. Castle then monitors those transactions for savings opportunities and provides end-to-end support to claim tax credits and rebates for any eligible expenses. The average Castle customer saves more than $10,000 on their home.
Housing affordability is a major problem in the U.S. At Castle, we believe that homeowners deserve better data when it comes to managing their biggest asset. We’re building payments infrastructure for the largest consumer category in the U.S. — to help people automate, consolidate, and reduce their spend.
You will be responsible for leading both Castle’s D2C and B2B2C distribution strategies and anchoring our growth team. This includes identifying new growth channels, driving revenue generation, and establishing long-term relationships with key partners in the residential real estate, finance, and insurance industries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is both analytical and results-driven, and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need:
Proven experience (4+ years) in growth, business development, or sales, preferably in a tech startup.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and scaling new market opportunities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience developing and managing sales pipelines from lead generation to closing deals.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment with limited resources.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
Strong understanding of residential real estate, finance, and insurance industries preferred.
Data-driven with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
Qualifications:
Experience in scaling a company from early-stage to growth.
