As we grow our platform and improve our user offerings, we are looking for a proactive Customer Experience Intern to support our Head of User Experience. This 6-month internship is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to dive into the world of user experience and customer relationship management in a tech environment.
Internship Summary: The Customer Experience Intern will assist in enhancing our platform's usability and user satisfaction, working closely with the Head of User Experience. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of digital marketing tools like HubSpot, user survey creation, and basic technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize HubSpot and Intercom to manage user interactions and enhance engagement strategies.
Assist in the creation and administration of user surveys, compiling and analyzing results to inform UX improvements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of user feedback into product development.
Prepare reports and presentations that summarize user feedback and experience enhancements.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights based on user data and trends.
Requirements:
Some experience or coursework in digital marketing, UX design, or related fields.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and customer engagement platforms like Intercom.
Basic technical understanding, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in survey creation and data analysis.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
