Your Role
We are seeking an energetic and organized Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring across all of O Positiv’s departments. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the key point person for all recruiting needs, managing both internal hiring teams and external recruiting partners. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, optimizing the hiring workflow, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience from job requisition to offer.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great communication, and is dependable and organized. This job is great for those with full desk recruitment experience at a professional services firm or in-house recruiting experience at a brand.
The Talent Acquisition Lead reports to the People Operations & Culture Manager. He/she/they will work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure smooth recruiting processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal recruiting initiatives
- Conduct a high volume of initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling video and in-person interviews for other hiring team members
- Act as a dependable point of contact for candidates & support communications
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and manage applicant pipelines
- Oversee the management and upkeep of the careers page and other job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from initial kickoff to final offer
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners to meet talent acquisition goals
- Develop and expand O Positiv’s talent pipeline, including proactive talent sourcing and poaching
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience delivering a high quality candidate experience
- Excellent organization skills including calendar and schedule maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and Google Suite

- Team player with proven ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excitement for startups and building from the ground up; willing to roll your sleeves up to get things done, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $130,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

- Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
