Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in seller/vendor/ partner management, process development and project management
- Preferably experienced in e-commerce logistics, e-commerce marketplace or e-commerce supplier management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced problem solving, analysis, planning, reporting and follow-up capabilities
- Willing to change and development, strong communication
- Willing to work in a fast and dynamic environment
- No travel restrictions
Your Main Responsibilities
- To provide improvement and development and to create new methods by analyzing all structures and views over metrics
- Making the necessary documentation to prepare the process design and roadmaps for sellers
- Making on-site determinations by making field visits when necessary
- To create and follow action plans to implement the concepts together with the process parts in the targeted time
- Creating, tracking and analyzing KPIs in order to measure processes regularly
- To test the realized notebooks and to organize the working groups
- To provide process improvements on behalf of the positive effects and experiences with the vendors
