AI Solutions Architect

About the Role:
As a Solutions Architect specializing in AI technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of innovative AI-powered solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage AI to drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
Solution Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures for AI-based projects, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project objectives and technical constraints.
Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Lead the development of AI POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and potential benefits of proposed solutions.
Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with development teams to ensure that AI solutions are implemented in accordance with the defined architecture and best practices.
Data Strategy: Work with data scientists and engineers to develop robust data strategies that support AI initiatives, including data collection, cleaning, and preparation.
Model Deployment and Management: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments and establish effective monitoring and management processes.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on project goals and addressing concerns.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-based solutions in a production environment.
Expertise in AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific AI applications (e.g., text generation and analytics, recommendation systems, fraud detection, predictive analytics).
Knowledge of data engineering and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
