Job Title: Frontend Developer (React, Tailwind, Redux)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at maxtron.ai and help build modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, Tailwind CSS, and Redux (or similar state management libraries) to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces. Experience with backend technologies is a bonus, allowing seamless collaboration across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux/Context API/Recoil.
Implement reusable and modular components for scalability and maintainability.
Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability using techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and image optimization.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs using Axios or Fetch API.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness using Media Queries and CSS frameworks.
Convert designs from Figma into fully functional UI components.
Use modern development tools like Git, Webpack, Vite, Parcel, and NPM/Yarn to manage codebase and dependencies.
Ensure clean, consistent code with ESLint/Prettier.
Continuously improve the user experience by optimizing performance and fixing bugs.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Advanced knowledge of React.js and experience with state management using Redux/Context API/Recoil.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and ability to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
Experience with Sass/SCSS, PostCSS, and Styled-components for enhanced styling capabilities.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with Axios/Fetch API for data integration.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git, and experience with platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Familiarity with code splitting, lazy loading, and image optimization techniques to boost application performance.
Knowledge of design tools like Figma and experience converting designs into interactive components.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Express, or similar for full-stack development.
Familiarity with build optimizations and deployment processes.
Knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization.
