Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Onsite (6 days a week) - Immedieate Joining

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in digital marketing, specifically in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with performance marketing focused on mobile app downloads.
• Understanding of app tracking tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong interest in digital marketing and app growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing app download campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Analyze and optimize ad performance to improve app installs and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement A/B testing for creatives and ad copy.
