Position Overview :
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that align with our business objectives. With 5-10 years of experience in the field, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including promotional content, advertising, brochures, and website updates, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and guidelines.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other internal teams to develop and align marketing strategies that support business goals.
Manage the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective strategies that deliver a positive ROI.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics and data to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
5-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Candidates from Unicorn startups are preferred.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
