IAM Architect / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect/Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and proficiency in the following technologies: AWS IAM,** Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Pluggable Authentication Modules (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), OAuth, and Omada.**

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions for our cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure access management strategies and policies.
3. Conduct regular security audits and perform risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
4. Ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with other IT systems, including LDAP, PAM, SSO, OAuth, and Omada.
5. Develop and enforce authentication and authorization procedures for user access to our applications and services.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.
7. Provide guidance and support to other team members regarding IAM-related issues.
8. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and problems.
9. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex IAM concepts and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., AWS Certified IAM User, Azure AD P2 Administrator) are preferred but not required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IAM roles, preferably within a cloud-based environment.
3. Proven expertise in AWS and Azure IAM, RBAC, LDAP, PAM, SSO, OAuth, Omada, and related technologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex IAM challenges.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
9. Remote working experience is required; candidates must be able to work effectively from a home office environment.
