Backend Engineer

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana & Delhi

We are seeking a talented Flutter Intern/Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful mobile applications for our esteemed clients in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, Firebase, and other relational/non-relational databases.
Optimize queries and database structures to ensure high performance and scalability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to develop and implement features.
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases with the backend systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Ensure the security and scalability of the application.
Debug and resolve technical issues and production incidents.
Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in backend development with a focus on building scalable applications.
Proficiency in databases, especially PostgreSQL and Firebase.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Proficient in backend languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Couchbase.
Knowledge of real-time data management systems.
Familiarity with Firebase Cloud Functions, Authentication, and Firestore.
Experience with GraphQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience as a backend developer, preferably working with PostgreSQL and Firebase.
