About the job
Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played video game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community, and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.
We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. Responsibilities:

- Seek and identify new and incremental opportunities for existing partners across Riot’s ever-expanding portfolio of products
- Prepare and deliver partner program recap reporting, including collection and analysis of performance data and communication of key learning and optimization recommendations
- Serve as Riot’s primary point of contact for all aspects of partners’ sponsorship marketing campaign, from ideation and planning to execution
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and key partner contacts, including but not limited to Broadcast, Content, Business Development, Events, Marketing, Social Media, PR, & Player Support
- Support the team to represent partnership needs, objectives, and deliverables in internal work streams and to work seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams to ensure that partner programs are executed at the highest level and per contractual obligations
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current partners across gaming and non-gaming verticals
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, Sponsorships, or Marketing in APAC
- Strong analytical skills and background, with demonstrated ability to use data to power decision making
- Self-starter with eagerness and ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently/collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High knowledge of digital goods industries and videogames
- Negotiation capable fluency in Japanese and business level English
Don't forget to include a resume and cover letter. We receive a lot of applications, but we'll notice a fun, well-written intro that shows us you take play seriously.
