React developer

Job Overview

As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React.
• Understanding of modern web development best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
