Community Manager

StartHead is an innovative, decentralized accelerator designed to support visionary startups and entrepreneurs in the NFT and blockchain space. We’re building a thriving global community of creators, innovators, and investors to shape the future of decentralized technologies.

As we embark on this exciting journey, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our team and help us engage and grow our community.

Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Build, manage, and grow our online communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
• Content Creation: Work closely with our marketing team to create and share engaging content, announcements, and updates with the community.
• Support & Moderation: Respond to community questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage online events, giveaways, and AMAs to increase community involvement.
• Brand Advocacy: Be the voice of the StartHead brand and communicate our mission to a global audience.
• Feedback Gathering: Act as a bridge between the community and our internal team by gathering feedback and insights from users.

Requirements:

• Passion for NFTs and Blockchain: Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the NFT space, blockchain technologies, and decentralized projects.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus!).
• Community Management Experience: Previous experience managing or moderating online communities, especially in the crypto/NFT space.
• Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools.
• Creativity & Initiative: Able to come up with engaging ideas to keep the community active and involved.
• Self-Motivated: Comfortable working remotely with the ability to manage your own time and responsibilities.
