Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer with a focus on demand generation, content marketing, outbound sales and cold outreach strategies. If you have a passion for driving leads and converting prospects into active users through personalized communication, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for building and executing outreach strategies to engage new clients, while also supporting the growth of the overall marketing function.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns targeting market research firms and product managers in key industries.
- Create personalized, high-impact email and LinkedIn sequences to engage and nurture prospects.
- Optimize messaging based on engagement metrics to improve open and response rates.
- Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate data for targeted outreach.
- Conduct detailed research on prospects to tailor messaging and identify strategic touchpoints.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify and hand off leads, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Track and analyze outreach performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Support digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, and paid advertising as needed.
- Contribute to content creation and distribution strategies to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to experiment with new growth ideas.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize the lead conversion process.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of experience in a growth or sales-focused marketing role, preferably at a SaaS or tech startup.
- Proven success in running cold outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills—able to craft personalized messages that resonate.
- Comfortable with data analytics tools to measure engagement and optimize performance.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a willingness to experiment and learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience using outreach tools like Smartlead, Instantly, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
- Incredible writing skills.
- Knowledge of technical SEO, marketing analytics, and performance marketing strategies.
