We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with a solid background in React and Typescript. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in front-end web development, with a focus on building responsive and engaging web pages. This role involves collaboration through pair programming and regular team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, Typescript, and Tailwind.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Participate in pair programming sessions and team meetings (2-4 hours per week) to share knowledge and improve coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: No degree required. A strong portfolio is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with React and Typescript.
• Availability: 2-4 hours per week for collaboration and meetings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program
• Proven experience in front-end web development, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Previous experience working in a collaborative team setting.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and upskill with team members.
