About the job

What You'll Do:
As our Sales & Account Manager, you'll be the charming face (and voice) of Smile Corp, driving sales and nurturing relationships that keep Lil Smiley spreading smiles around the globe. Here's a peek at your daily giggles:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our market reach. Think of yourself as Lil Smiley's personal hype person.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring they’re as happy as a kid with a new plushie.
  • Coordinate with Influencers: Work closely with our Influencer Marketing Coordinator to leverage influencer partnerships and maximize sales through affiliate channels.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company goals and bring in the big laughs (and revenue).
  • Handle Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts, addressing their needs, solving problems, and ensuring their satisfaction with Lil Smiley.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and report on performance to help shape future sales initiatives. Be our sales detective!
  • Collaborate with the Team: Partner with the Marketing, Community, and Art teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market outreach and product promotion.
  • Provide Feedback: Share insights from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring Lil Smiley remains the funniest plushie on the market.

What We're Looking For:

  • People Person: You thrive on building relationships and enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people.
  • Sales Savvy: While previous sales experience is a plus, we're more interested in your ability to learn quickly and adapt to our unique market.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasive and humorous interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines without losing your cool (or your sense of humor).
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a track record of achieving (or laughing at) your goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools, or eager to learn them faster than Lil Smiley can tell a joke.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to sales challenges.
  • Passion for Humor and Technology: A love for making people laugh and excitement about the intersection of humor and AI technology.
