We are hiring on behalf of an innovative early-stage startup that is looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer with a strong back-end focus. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a product from the ground up, working closely with a lean, passionate team.
What You’ll Do:
Architect, develop, and maintain back-end services using either Node.js or Python
Collaborate with front-end engineers to build seamless, performant user experiences
Design and manage robust, scalable APIs and database architectures
Optimize back-end processes for speed and scalability as the product grows
Work closely with the founders and technical team to iterate quickly on new features
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for code quality and maintainability
Requirements:
3+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong emphasis on back-end (Node.js or Python)
Prior experience working in an early-stage startup environment is essential
Expertise in back-end frameworks (e.g., Express for Node, Flask or Django for Python) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, CSS, JavaScript) for integrating back-end services
Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
