🚀 Senior Product Manager (SaaS, AI, EdTech)

Memorang is building the "AI stack for education". We provide organizations with all the tools to build, launch, and monetize AI-powered education products. We won 1st out of 1,500 in the Vercel AI Accelerator, were the first education company to monetize LLMs (early 2022), and have bootstrapped to profitability (millions in ARR). We have a team of ~2 dozen and are growing rapidly, with a pipeline of thousands of product launches on behalf of our customers, with an estimated rollout of millions of MAUs.

🎯 Core Responsibilities:

• You are the CEO of the Product: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, post-launch feedback and iterations for a subset of our products (See list here - https://memorang.com/services)
• Organisation and Documentation: Oversee and maintain PRDs, product backlogs, design documents (Figma/Figjam), and release schedules, while also ensuring thorough documentation of customer feedback, bugs, experiments, A/B tests, and implementation plans.
• Lead collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure seamless development.
• Product Improvement: Use analytics and customer feedback (via A/B testing, surveys, replays) to make informed product decisions, and ensure the product evolves rapidly.

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, Gen AI, or EdTech environments.
• Technical / Software experience and background is an added plus.
• Strong understanding of PRDs, User Stories and the ability to break down complex products into actionable tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for product design and brainstorming sessions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead lively discussions in team meetings.
