Product Intern

Responsibilities

• Business Analyst Intern
• Turn research and knowledge into actionable plans to support team on new technologies or best practices (if any)
• Do in charge/ Support gathering, analyzing, and creating product development requirements.
• Be creative when working with the team and get involved in giving advice to improve the product.
• Build test cases and conduct test features/product
• Develop documentation to guide users on how to use new features
• Receive ticket feedback from users (bugs,...) on the channels, manage tickets until completed and report
• Jobs are assigned by superiors

• Track progress or create reports for projects or features
• Other tasks assigned by the Product Manager

Requirements

• Senior or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
• BA certificates is an advantage.

• Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/ management.
• Pro-activeness (self-starter), good communication and fast learning.
• Good for logical thinking and problem solving.
• Good at using MS Office, Excel, Gsuite; Understanding of data structures and proficiency in SQL/Python is an advantage
