As we continue our rapid global expansion, we need a talented Product Manager to enhance our omnichannel experience in Vietnam, seamlessly integrating the experience across our offline learning hubs and online learning platforms. This role emphasises growth, customer experience, and delivery, particularly for our Southeast Asian market, with a primary focus on Vietnamese customers.
The role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, demanding you to be both customer-focused and data-driven. You'll need to develop innovative solutions for creating a unified hybrid customer experience while establishing a lasting brand impact, essential for scaling a successful EdTech company.

As a Product Manager, you’ll :

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience: Develop and manage a seamless hybrid learning environment, integrating online and offline touchpoints.
  • Drive growth and expansion: Utilise deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour to drive product adoption and expand our user base aggressively, especially in the SEA market.
  • Innovate product strategies: Create groundbreaking strategies for product positioning, pricing, and packaging that capture the market and scale rapidly.
  • Enhance customer journey: Ensure our products exceed the expectations of our target audiences from their very first interaction, focusing on creating a cohesive and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams across multiple global geographies, to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.
