DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Location: New York, NY
We have an office in NYC and this position can be based in the office or hybrid remote. Our core office days for hybrid employees are Wednesday and Thursday, with the expectation of attending the office on those days (subject to your existing legal right to work in the jurisdiction).
About the Role
Here™ is growing and we are looking to add an experienced Product Manager to our global team! At Here™, we’re focused on building the best possible browser for work and we have a relentless passion for enabling productivity in a secure product. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively across the business, with User Experience, Engineering and Sales ( and others) to help define and execute our product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that our product strategy consistently aligns with our business goals
- Identify our customers’ needs and drive a roadmap that delivers value to them
- Provide clear product direction and requirements to our UX and Engineering teams, ensuring everyone understands our goals and product needs
- Understand the market and competitive landscape to help identify and prioritize features that meet the evolving needs of our customers and our business
- Regularly meet with our customers to inform them of new product features and upcoming roadmap items, and ensure we understand their needs
- Foster a strong partnership with our Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of our roadmap items, including understanding complexities that Engineering can tackle iteratively
- Participate in our conferences and events to evangelize our Product
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
- A strong track record for enabling user productivity across multiple applications they use and an understanding of interoperability & security/data requirements
- An understanding of large Enterprise needs and experience working across multiple stakeholders and customers
- Our product follows a SaaS model, and experience in building SaaS products is beneficial
- A comprehensive understanding of JIRA or similar product roadmap management tools
- A passion for technology and an ability to work well with a diverse global team in an energetic environment
- An action-oriented individual with a drive to deliver value to our customers and users at pace

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000
