We leverage AI to do the vast majority of the work of a personal trainer and registered dietitian while looping in an actual expert coach to finalize and implement the suggestions via SMS and app. The client thus gets the best recommendations (sent at the right time, in the right ways to drive results) and actually follows them because they know the coach is watching, all for a price they can afford.
