About the role
As one of Bikky’s first Midmarket Account Executives, you’ll have the opportunity to work some of the largest ACVs in restaurant technology. Our prospective customers are early adopters of data for their industry and your job is to promote Bikky as the leading data platform for restaurants.
Doing so will require great expertise in B2B software sales. We’re looking for candidates who excel in demonstrating value, authentically digging in to understand our prospect’s most pressing needs and challenges, and working through a company's org chart, all while remaining hyper organized.
In a typical sales cycle, you’ll teach prospects how to validate or invalidate the performance of a new menu item, measure how effectively their latest marketing campaign is bringing in new customers, and understand how promotions are impacting their customers’ spending habits.
This role is also an opportunity to build and be creative - we’re early on in this journey and looking for a partner to the founding team in crafting the most effective and efficient sales playbook. You’ll collaborate with teams across customer success, engineering, and product to ensure that prospect feedback is heard and you have the tools you need to deliver the most compelling value proposition.
About you
This role is a unique opportunity to sell a new category of product to the restaurant industry, who desperately need it. We’ve grown Bikky to 4,000 restaurant locations over the last two years, and we need a sales expert to help us bring it to the next 10,000. We’re looking for:
Multiple years as a trajectory changing seller in a software environment, including surpassing quotas and meaningful problem-solving
Experience selling a data-driven product; selling in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
Experience with and comfort owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for deals with ACVs in the high five-figures.
Our industry still likes to shake hands and meet key partners in person. You’re comfortable selling over Zoom and in-person, as traveling 3-5 times a year for major conferences and industry events (in places like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta and more) will be critical for fostering industry relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communicator.
This is a dynamic role for someone looking to join a small team at an early stage company that already has a track record of hitting goals and quotas. You’ll be handed enough process to succeed, but there’s still plenty of room for improvement that will have your fingerprints all over it.
