Your mission as a CEO 💪

Your Profile 👀
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive leadership roles; - Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance/banking (loans) organizations; - Excellent both English and Russian communication skills;
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
- Decisive and confident leadership style;
- Deep understanding of business processes and FinTech technologies;
- Passion for innovation and driving positive change.
