About the Role
We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and action-oriented Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead global strategic projects and initiatives to optimize our experience inventory, ensuring that travelers have access to the best experiences with unmatched availability, price, and quality.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the availability, pricing, and quality of our experience offerings.
- Manage cross-functional projects, collaborating with key partners across Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Develop scalable tools and processes (e.g., Sales CRM tools) to track and assess the impact of optimization initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with regional Sales teams to drive project execution, leveraging their local expertise to enhance impact.
- Conduct data analysis to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, working closely with senior-level stakeholders (directors, VPs, and executives).
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting and/or 5+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Marketing in a high-performance environment, ideally within a large tech company, marketplace, or SaaS business.
- You excel at managing complex, cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- You are a proactive self-starter with strong commercial acumen, always ready to take action with a test-and-learn approach.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at breaking down complex problems into actionable plans.
- You are comfortable working with data, utilizing tools such as Excel, Looker, or Power BI to drive results.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
