About The Role:
Zanskar Research Is Seeking A Highly Motivated Frontend Developer With 2-3 Years Of Experience To Join Our Dynamic Team In Bangalore. You Will Play A Key Role In Building Intuitive, Responsive, And Performant User Interfaces For Our Cutting-Edge Financial Platforms. Your Work Will Directly Impact The Trading Systems And Enhance User Experience For Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, Test, And Maintain User Interfaces Using Modern Frontend Technologies.
• Collaborate With Designers, Backend Developers, And Product Teams To Implement Functional And Visually Appealing Web Applications.
• Optimize Components For Maximum Performance Across A Range Of Web-Capable Devices And Browsers.
• Contribute To Continuous Improvement Through Active Participation In Code Reviews And Discussions.
• Ensure The Technical Feasibility Of Ui/Ux Designs And Enforce Coding Best Practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 Years Of Experience In Frontend Development.
• Proficiency In Html5, CSS3, Javascript, And Modern Frameworks Like React.Js, NextJs, Or Vue.Js.
• Experience With Restful Apis Integration.
• Familiarity With Agile Development Methodologies.
• Experience with popular Design system Frameworks like Material UI, Shadcn etc.
• Knowledge Of Cross-Browser Compatibility Issues And Responsive Design.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
• Knowledge Of State Management Libraries Like Redux, Zustand etc.
• Understanding of Browser storage and caching mechanism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience In Financial Technology Or Trading Platforms.
• Familiarity With Typescript And Build Tools Like Webpack.
• Familiar with CSS frameworks like tailwindCSS.
• Exposure To Testing Frameworks Such As Jest, Mocha, Or Cypress.
• Understanding of accessibility and web performance optimisation.
• Solid Understanding Of Version Control Using Git.
