Senior Product Manager

Role description:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our journey through the rapidly evolving landscape of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence. As AI continues to evolve at a breakneck pace, you will be at the epicenter, supporting customers working on applications that are not just cutting-edge but are defining the future.
As a Senior Product Manager of GenAI Studio at TI AI, you will devise the strategy, develop the roadmap, and oversee the execution and launch of some of the highest-impact initiatives that are aimed at creating the world's most advanced labeling platform for GenAI development.
Your mission is critical: to imagine and build products that provide fine-tuning datasets essential for foundational model builders and any company poised to integrate AI into their workflows. It's a chance to contribute to a technological narrative unfolding right in front of us.

Responsibilities
● Talk to customers & leads to understand the needs of our customers.
● Work cross-functionally to build the roadmap and use data to drive consensus and decision-making.
● Define key metrics around adoption, NPS, etc. and track them to measure success.
● Stay abreast of the market and the competitive landscape by conducting primary and secondary research.
● Work with product designers to understand user behaviour and improve product usability.
● Collaborate with the engineering team on tech-specs and ensure that all technical decisions are taken keeping in mind all short-term and long-term tradeoffs.
● Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams on strategy & execution around distribution and pricing.

Requirements
● At least 3-4 years of product management or founder-level experience in building highly technical or developer-facing SaaS products and a minimum of 6-9 years of overall experience.
● Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills that help you articulate customer problems precisely.
● Persistence and resourcefulness - a whatever-it-takes approach to problem-solving and delivering great customer experiences.
● You have an eye for great products and are able to influence business decisions with qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
● Experience building Enterprise B2B products or games is a plus.
● Computer Science, Math, or Engineering degree from a premier institute is a plus.
