Roles and Responsibilities-

Inbound/Outbound calling on leads generated by the Company through marketing efforts to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure.
Ability to think on feet and understand the customers requirements.
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Counseling Hot Digital leads to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure centrally.
Clearly and effectively communicating & counselling prospects with respect to products information or queries.
Evaluating basic creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer based on profile, basic documents & monthly income.
Ensure follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information,requirement, sources, etc.
