We are now looking for the founders of our next marketplace venture. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We’ll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop high-quality business strategies and plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a strong team to drive the company's success.
Marketing Strategy: Define and execute the marketing strategy, including brand building and digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM), to achieve the company's business plan.
Operational Oversight: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and align with the overall strategy and mission.
Stakeholder Relations: Build trust with key partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for important shareholders.
Financial Management: Lead investment rounds to ensure the company's liquidity and financial health.
Problem Solving: Analyze challenging situations and provide solutions to ensure the company's survival and growth.
Market Insight: Maintain deep knowledge of the market and industry trends relevant to the company.
Qualifications
Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty
+5 years of experience in a B2C digital venture, having previously held a management position.
Bonus: love for the collectibles space.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms, potentially to the Board of Directors.
A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling and developing high performing B2C businesses.
A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling and developing high performing consumer digital products.
A broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX and UI, market research, competitor analysis and defining metrics.
Passion for the digital sector.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
