Chief Product Offficer

Zeroqode is one of the no-code payoneers the leading provider of plugins for bubble.io with the portfolio of 720 plugins.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product team, helping to further expand our product portfolio, optimize user experiences, and drive innovation within the no-code ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• take ownership of the strategic product roadmap for Zeroqode’s extensive plugin library;
• conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify gaps in the Bubble.io ecosystem where new plugins or improvements could add value;
• review competitors’ offerings and customer feedback to keep Zeroqode’s product suite ahead of the curve;
• translate customer insights, market demands, and technical advancements into actionable development cycles;
• prioritize features and improvements that enhance user experience, increase plugin adoption, and solve real-world business challenges;
• lead innovation initiatives to explore new types of plugins, integrate emerging technologies, and enhance existing tools;
• drive the development of high-impact plugins, including those that extend the capabilities of Bubble apps with features like automation, complex data handling, third-party API integration, and UI enhancements;
• build, manage, and mentor the Plugin Development and support teams, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently;
• oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of developers;
• establish rigorous testing and QA processes to ensure every plugin functions smoothly, scales with demand, and is free from critical bugs;
• work closely with the Support team to develop a feedback loop between the Support and Development teams to resolve issues promptly and identify opportunities for product improvements;
• oversee the creation of comprehensive product documentation, tutorials, and support resources to help users quickly understand and leverage plugin functionalities;
• collaborate with external providers and frelance to create educational content, webinars, and FAQs aimed at improving customer success;
• analyze plugin performance metrics and regularly engage with the Bubble.io user community to understand their evolving needs;
• collaborate with Marketing staff to ensure successful product launches;
• lead internal and external product communication strategies, including release notes, feature showcases, and customer success stories to promote new plugins.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with third-party API providers, tool developers, or other platforms to enhance the functionality and appeal of Zeroqode’s plugins within the Bubble.io ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• analytical and data interpreting skills that help make informed decisions about product features, performance, and user experience improvements;
• extensive experience leading product and development teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning;
• highly technical and capable of overseeing technical decisions.

Will be an asset:

• strong understanding of how to work with APIs and third-party services, and how they can be leveraged within plugins to provide extended functionalities to end-users;
• track record of building, shipping, and maintaining plugins or similar products in a no-code or low-code environment;
• hands-on experience with Bubble.io and are highly familiar with its ecosystem, capabilities, and limitations.
