Are you a native German speaker excited about launching new markets and looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing tech company? At Rever, we’re reshaping the returns management industry, and we need motivated, resourceful individuals to help us enter and scale the German market. You will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion, setting the foundation for growth, and creating new opportunities in this key market—all while being based in the vibrant city of Barcelona.

You Will:
- Launch and manage Rever’s entry into the German market by identifying key opportunities and building initial customer relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for potential customers in the German market, helping them understand the value of Rever’s solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to tailor our offerings and go-to-market strategies to the needs of the German market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential partners that will aid our expansion.
- Support sales efforts by generating leads, managing inbound inquiries, and working with German-speaking prospects to qualify and convert them into customers.
- Assist in adapting our marketing messaging and materials to resonate with German-speaking audiences.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for German customers.
You Have:Native German language skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A passion for helping companies expand into new markets, particularly within the e-commerce or logistics space.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development, particularly within tech or e-commerce, is highly valued but not required.
Comfort working with CRM tools like HubSpot and basic knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
