AgencyDots is a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool designed to help organizations manage and align their projects for better results. Founded just a few months ago, we have already developed an MVP, but we’re now shifting our product positioning to meet market needs and are ready to bring in our first customers.

Our solo founder, based in Barcelona, comes with years of experience as a CTO and co-founder of multiple startups, and is 100% focused on product development. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on business development expert to join as a non-technical co-founder and take our business to the next level.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial partner who is passionate about driving business growth. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, refining our positioning, and scaling the company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven expertise in business development and sales, particularly in the PMO (Project Management Office) world or relevant industries.
• Strong experience with sales strategies, client acquisition, and closing deals.
• A solid understanding of marketing strategies to help build and position our brand in a competitive market.
• A hands-on attitude and readiness to dive into a startup environment where wearing many hats is the norm.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for growth and innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition and close our first deals.
• Shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, focusing on product positioning and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with the product-focused founder to iterate on the MVP based on market feedback.
• Build and manage relationships with potential customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Help craft a sustainable business model and raise future funding, if needed.
