Oversee the development of automated, scenario-based screening processes that align with Gratia’s task-skill ontology. Ensure that screening outcomes inform candidate development and project matching.
  • Upskilling & Training:
Design and execute group-based training sessions, such as problem-solving workshops, and maintain a comprehensive training library for analyst development.
  • Product Definition:
Act as the primary liaison between the delivery and tech teams, ensuring that product updates and task-skill ontologies are fully integrated into the Gratia platform.
  • Quality Assurance:
Ensure the continuous improvement of delivery outcomes by managing a database of analyst profiles and skills to optimize project-to-talent matching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) or senior product leadership roles.
  • Proven experience developing scalable delivery processes and enhancing the skills of a diverse talent pool.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary (2024): Competitive annual compensation starting at ~$60k, with the opportunity for growth.
  • Base Salary (2025): Increased to ~$84-120k per year, reflecting your contributions to the company’s growth. (dependent upon company performance)
  • Equity: We offer negotiable equity options to reflect your value and long-term contribution.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Gratia’s product and delivery strategies. If you’re a strategic leader with a passion for developing scalable processes and ensuring high-quality delivery, we encourage you to apply. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform and supporting our growth. If you’re results-driven and eager to make a significant impact, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.
