Role Overview:
Gratia is seeking a Head of Recruitment Operations & Delivery to lead the development and implementation of product strategies, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality work to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing product definition, designing scalable delivery processes, and managing screening and assessment systems. This role requires close collaboration with tech and operations teams to continuously refine Gratia’s platform and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Process Design:
Develop and implement scalable, long-term processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality work, including end-of-week updates, peer assessments, and technology-driven improvements. - Screening & Assessment:
Oversee the development of automated, scenario-based screening processes that align with Gratia’s task-skill ontology. Ensure that screening outcomes inform candidate development and project matching. - Upskilling & Training:
Design and execute group-based training sessions, such as problem-solving workshops, and maintain a comprehensive training library for analyst development. - Product Definition:
Act as the primary liaison between the delivery and tech teams, ensuring that product updates and task-skill ontologies are fully integrated into the Gratia platform. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure the continuous improvement of delivery outcomes by managing a database of analyst profiles and skills to optimize project-to-talent matching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) or senior product leadership roles.
- Proven experience developing scalable delivery processes and enhancing the skills of a diverse talent pool.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Compensation:
- Base Salary (2024): Competitive annual compensation starting at ~$60k, with the opportunity for growth.
- Base Salary (2025): Increased to ~$84-120k per year, reflecting your contributions to the company’s growth. (dependent upon company performance)
- Equity: We offer negotiable equity options to reflect your value and long-term contribution.
