About the role:
AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with a strong focus on on-page optimization to join our team.
What you will be doing?
- Collaborate with our content and communication team in creating and implementing strategies for on-page optimizations and keyword targeting
- Conduct comprehensive and advanced keyword research and analysis including keyword clustering to guide content optimization efforts.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve SEO performance and search engine rankings.
- Implement technical SEO strategies to enhance site speed, user experience, and overall website performance.
- Monitor and report website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
- Experience using GPT tools like ChatGPT.
- Design and execute SEO strategies to achieve targeted organic search engine rankings, website traffic, and revenue goals.
- Evaluate search engine rankings and website traffic trends, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and ranking factors to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:
- At least 5 years of experience as an SEO specialist, with a strong focus on on-page optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with structured markup implementation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with technical SEO strategies and implementation.
- Proven track record of improving website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
