Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift Schedule: GY shift, US Account
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Site

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Ensure excellent customer service to clients/customers, by phone, chat, or email.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all parties and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for the required assigned tasks
  • Use good judgment to handle difficult situations
  • Consistent documentation of all calls or activities accurately
  • Constant demonstration of a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
  • Responsibilities may adapt to the needs of the business

What you need to succeed:

  • Two years of BPO-experience is a plus.
  • Amenable to a flexible schedule and onsite work setup.
  • Excellent and professional English verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction well and work independently.
