Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift Schedule: GY shift, US Account
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Site
How you’ll make an impact:
- Ensure excellent customer service to clients/customers, by phone, chat, or email.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all parties and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accountability and responsibility for the required assigned tasks
- Use good judgment to handle difficult situations
- Consistent documentation of all calls or activities accurately
- Constant demonstration of a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
- Responsibilities may adapt to the needs of the business
What you need to succeed:
- Two years of BPO-experience is a plus.
- Amenable to a flexible schedule and onsite work setup.
- Excellent and professional English verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction well and work independently.
