Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development to design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. The ideal candidate will focus on creating robust, scalable server-side logic and seamless queue management while ensuring an efficient user experience. Experience with streaming technologies is a plus. You will work with a variety of languages and tools, including Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to develop responsive user interfaces and ensure optimal backend performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage and optimize queue management systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) to facilitate smooth data processing and communication between services.
• Develop and integrate streaming solutions to handle real-time data processing (experience with Kafka Streams or similar is a plus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build, test, and deploy applications in a microservices architecture, utilizing RESTful APIs and modern backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring efficient performance across the application lifecycle.
• Continuously improve software by researching new technologies and providing insights for optimizing current systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, ensure clean version control practices, and support continuous delivery with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Strong proficiency in backend development, especially with Python and Java.
• Experience with queue management systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and streaming technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience with server management and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices for seamless deployment.
