CTO for a logistics startup

Delverex aims to transform logistics through cutting-edge technology. As a visionary founder, I'm seeking a skilled Co-Founding CTO to lead our tech and product development from scratch.

Job Summary:
We're looking for an exceptional CTO to join as a co-founder, responsible for building and leading our tech team, developing our technology platform, and driving product innovation.

NOTE: This is a equity based role

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement our technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
• Product Development: Lead the design, development, and launch of our logistics platform, including mobile apps, web applications, and APIs.
• Technology Stack: Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate technologies to enhance our platform's performance and scalability.
• Team Building and Management: Hire, mentor, and manage tech team.
• Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and maintain our system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards, testing processes, and ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure platform security, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to align technology with business goals.

Requirements:
• Fresher and experienced both are eligible to apply.
• Strong knowledge of software development, architecture, and relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with logistics or similar industries.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking, mapping, IoT, and data analytics.
• Startup experience or leading a startup tech team.
