As a Frontend Engineer at Alphanso, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our state-of-the-art investment platform UI. The role would initially focus on frontend work, but eventually will expand to full-stack development across various domains, such as infra, big data and Machine learning. Working alongside a diverse group of experts, you will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences while driving the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
2. Design, develop, and maintain front-end components of our investment platform on mobile as well as web.
3. The role would initially focus on frontend work, but eventually will expand to full-stack development across various domains, such as infra, big data and Machine learning.
4. Optimise platform performance and speed while ensuring intuitive user interfaces.
5. Seamlessly integrate various systems, databases, and APIs.
6. Employ best practices and coding standards to create clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
7. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability and performance of the platform.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities.

US(Remote)/ India(Gurugram/Bangalore) {Onsite} / Turkey(Remote)

Qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience
3. Demonstrate prior experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech or high-growth startup space.
4. Possess knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks, such as flutter or native ios/android.
5. Familiarity with React, JavaScript, TypeScript and infrastructure frameworks & languages like microservices, golang/java etc would be a bonus.
6. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and Agile development methodologies.
7. Display exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
