ModMed is hiring a driven Supervisor of RCM Client Success to monitor, support, and coach their respective team members, ensuring successful practice revenue performance, client satisfaction, referenceability, and contractual scope delivery across their entire practice portfolio. You'll oversee a team of RCM Client Advisors to regularly and proactively evaluate client metrics and have a clear understanding of their institutional goals, challenges, organizational structure, and key business drivers to ensure optimal revenue performance.
Your Role:
- Manage, monitor, support, and grow a team of RCM Client Advisors to successfully provide a high-level of value and customer service to both our client practices and their patients by identifying and efficiently working with operations team members to resolve insurance and other billing-related issues
- Participate in routine client meetings to review business metrics, progress, and other proactive topics to ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services
- Effectively support and manage client escalations
- Proactively analyze your portfolio of clients to determine themes and opportunities for improvement to with clients and internal partners to improve client KPI's

- Leverage deep knowledge and understanding of clients’ key practice revenue performance metrics to drive SLA achievements
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of prior supervisory and team development experience
- 5+ years of related experience, including overseeing the entire revenue cycle management process for medical practices, including developing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports related to revenue cycle management.
- Proven success in an RCM client-facing role strongly preferred.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team as well as the ability to train & guide others in workflows and projects.
- Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, front-office, physician practice management, and healthcare business processes.
- Advanced Excel skills such as the ability to use formulas to analyze data, create tables and pivot tables, formatting and conditional formatting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and integrate information located in multiple software systems.
- Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, and PPOs.
- Ability to travel up to work eastern or central business hours preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
