Position: Principal, Global Communication

Coupang’s Global Communications team serves as the voice of the company informing the public about our latest innovations, services, and efforts to wow the customer. We are looking for creative, passionate communicators who can think from a company-wide perspective, helping us share Coupang’s story with the world.

What will you do?

In this role, you will engage in various PR tasks as a member of the Global Communications team You will also engage with the international press. You will write, develop, edit, and publish content such as press releases and blogs for a variety of channels including our corporate websites (Coupang Newsroom) and social channels.

• Write and articles and press releases for Coupang in English and/or Mandarin
• Draft key messages/scripts for executives
• Write and review subtitles for company videos
• Review/edit content for social media channels

Essential Qualifications:

• 7 - 9 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Journalism
• Exceptional writing skills in Mandarin & English
• High proficiency in Mandarin & English
• Ability to work with senior executives to develop key messages
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritize while paying attention to details.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams across the company
