We are looking for an experienced and analytical Associate Director of Marketing and Audience Analytics to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, audience segmentation, and marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, providing insights into audience behavior, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the development and implementation of audience analytics strategies to support marketing goals
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on audience behavior and campaign performance
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization efforts
- Collaborate with product, strategy, marketing, and content teams to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Oversee the creation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics, trends, and insights
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and audience insights
- Work closely with the IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience insights, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, GWI, Meltwater, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies

The target range of base compensation for this role is $120k-$150k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
