Position: Area Manager, Inventory Control Quality Assurance(ICQA), Vendor Flex Management

What You Will Do:

• Manage 3PL warehouse & manage inventory control and quality assurance procedures..
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory policies.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and quality.
• Train and coach ICQA associates on best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Report on key performance metrics and operational challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Supply chain, Operations Management, or related field
• Understanding of inventory management and quality control
• Experience in in-depth analysis of operational processes and processes improvement.
• Experience in identifying the root cause and finding solutions.
• Computer literate and has above average internet/web skills.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
• Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced skills in Excel
